Simply The best Real Estate Agent

As a Realtor, I know anyone can list a property, but only a professional negotiator can do what Merri Perry does — even in this tight buyers’ market. I trusted her with my flip property, and she exceeded every expectation. She secured an offer right away, negotiated over $11,000 above list price with no closing costs, and the deal even closed early. What sets Merri apart is her dedication. She always answers the phone 24/7, and with her licensed assistant Jodi by her side, nothing ever slips through the cracks. It felt like a smooth transaction and even had two appraisals. Even with my own experience in real estate, I never had to worry — Merri is simply the best.
