Merlin was an awesome realtor who also helped familiarize us with the surrounding area. From start to finish he was on on it when we placed our offer which gained us our first choice home.
In addition to all of the other wonderful attributes Merlin possesses (see above), he has the much needed patience! When our family was stressed out (mostly myself), Merlin had a great calming and rational way of bringing us back. Merlin helped to sell our home (priced right! sold in 5 hours!), showed us homes to buy, however we wound up with buying a to-be-built home and a rental (showed homes for rent as well) to have a place to live while they are building our home. Whew, that's a lot! Bottom line, we would recommend Merlin for buying, selling and renting! Thanks Merlin!
