Great agent: hard-working and sound advice
Meritxell is a great agent. She provided us with excellent advice throughout the sale of our house. She gave us detailed market analysis and advised us on the preparation and staging of our property. She coordinated over 60 viewings of the house in one week, fielded over a dozen offers, and presented the offers in extremely well organized way that highlighted the key differences between the offers. In a tough market for selling, we received, accepted and closed an offer that was 5% above our listing price. Meritxell was outstanding. We were fortunate to have her as our agent.
