You will NOT regret having Merilee as your agent. We have bought and sold before and no agent has ever compared to her. We had to renovate our home to get it ready to sell and Merilee guided us through the whole process and even has a set of contractors she knows and trusts well. She knows what things sell a home fast, this was super helpful in deciding what needed to be done. Since she already has reputable contractors she recommends it made it easy to get the work done and they offer affordable prices and quick turnaround. She is truly amazing at what she does and not only works hard for you, but cares about your well being during the process as we all know buying, selling, and renovating can be challenging. She would check in with us frequently and show up when needed. Wish we could bring her to Missouri to help us buy a new home! In the end we sold our home quickly and made a huge profit thanks to her recommendations and guidance!
