There is not a day that goes by walking around in our new home that I don't stop and think of how grateful I am that we had Meredith as our realtor during the home buying process. Aside from her professionalism, honesty, constant accessibility, direct communication style, positive attitude, expertise in the business, etc... she is so well connected in the Charlotte community that she knows everyone in town and about the best homes before they hit the market. Our market was very competitive, and we were able to tour and put in an offer on our home (same day) before it was even PRE listed! There is no way we would be in the home we are had for the offer we closed on had we gone with a different agent. We are lifer's with Meredith Tomascak. I can't praise her and our overall experience with her any higher.
