Meredith Johnson, is the Team Leader of Team Meredith Johnson for RE/MAX Ocean Properties and REALTOR/BROKER/OWNER of RE/MAX Ocean Properties in Morehead City, NC. After attending North Carolina State University, Meredith’s real estate career began in Hickory, NC in 2002. She became a Top Producer in a large national firm just 7 short months after she became a licensed broker. Additionally, Meredith managed and led the sales and marketing for several large new communities and was the sole broker for developers and builders of multi-million-dollar projects.
Together with Matt Johnson, their savvy marketing skills, client relationships and service, and leadership abilities have made them a winning team. This award-winning team has consistently won prestigious national RE/MAX Awards, Titan Club, Platinum Club, RE/MAX Hall of Fame, as well as the top unit production award year after year in Carteret County. In 2022, Team Johnson was listed as #2 in North Carolina of top commercial commissions earned for the RE/MAX brand and they have successfully managed 2 offices with above $140 Million in sales volume.
