Our property had an offer in the first week and we accepted. Unfortunately after a few weeks the contract fell through and we needed to start all over again from scratch. Showings, nail biting, you know... nerves. Meredith could have been very nervous delivering this news to us, and perhaps she was, but her professionalism shined through like a calm breeze.
