Experience was great. Showed many houses in the price range we were looking for and when it was time to make an offer guided us through the process. Meredith make the experience so easy and would recommend to anyone interested in a home purchase
My specific sale of my house was a bit more difficult beacause the buyer was using the VA for their loan. Meredith and Nancy were right on top of every aspect and saved me a ton of headaches. I would highly recomend.
These girls are phenomenal! They guided my husband and I through the selling process with ease. Their guidance in staging the house and pictures were top notch. And might I say, once our house went live on their site, in four, yes four!, hours our house was sold.
Just a positive experience all round.
Both Nancy and Meredith went above and beyond with the purchase of our new home. Did such a great job they are listing our other house! Keep up the good work!
Somebody available to communicate at all times. Advised on what was needed to sell the home quickly
Meredith and Nancy were both professional and knowledgeable. They met all our expectations
We wanted to downsize and began at Hawk's Nest where we met Nancy and Meredith. It took us a year to find our new home. They were patient, knowledgeable, and helpful through our journey. As a team, they work great together. They always kept everyone up-to-date with texts. When we listed our current home, they gave helpful suggestions. It paid off because it sold in a day and a half over list price. We recommended Nancy and Meredith to our friends; they sold their home in just four days at list price.
Meredith was very accommodating to all our questions and was very knowledgable about the property. Nancy was there as backup for contract signing. They answered all our questions promtly and professionally. We are very happy with Cutler Real Estate.
The experience was very positive and we would definitely recommend them to any friends or family.
