Merdad sold one of my homes in a very timely manner and for the price it was worth. I was so impressed with his performance that I have decided to have him sell my other house as well since I am planning to expat to Rocky Point, Mexico. I truly trust his abilities and talents in real eastate as he is extremely knowledgeable in what he does. Looking forward to have him sell my other house once I have him put it in the market in near future.
