Ms. Nagi was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for our family. At first, we were uncertain about where we wanted to move to, but that didn't stop her. She went on the adventure with us, searching for homes throughout Eastern NC (lol); it was only two cities until we finally decided on our final area. She was ALWAYS available for home tours. Ms. Nagi's responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she always called back no longer than 5 minutes later. She did a tremendous amount of information gathering about the process and the status of city and county inspections and reviewed all the non-standard documents.
