I have been a Texas realtor and appraiser 39 years, and was was raised by two realtors. I have a pretty good idea of what top level service is , and she exceeded my expectations. She is professional, is a great communicator, and is trustworthy. The things she did which blew me away involved her helping me find good contractors to do repairs, and then oversaw a lot of the work, taking her time to jump through hoops, and meet the contractors there, making sure the repairs were completed, and arrange for things to be delivered. We had tried to list and sell the home a few times before and the last two agents left something to be desired. Being 800 miles away, it would have been difficult for us to do the things she did for us. She took away the worries we had. I'm sorry she is not working here, BC she and her team are a joy to deal with, and I would love to work with her in my profession, or utilize her services.
