Mercie and the team were very helpful in the sale of my house! Anytime we needed clarification or assistance, they were all happy to help. This was our first time selling a house, there were some other challenges involved with the property being sold on our behalf and the other counterpart on the property, so it was a little daunting to begin with but everything was simplified by Mercie and the team. Not are they are a great reality company but my best friends. Helped me when I was ready to give up they picked me up and got me going again. I am so glad they did. First time borrow is scary but got me my first home and got me to close when I needed it. Told friends and family to use my extended family to help them to find First home or 10th home.
