Being an out-of-town seller, they worked with local service vendors to provide cleanup, weekly inspections and marketing services. Selling an estate home in a buyers market required specific marketing skills and knowledge of said market. Mercie and her team provided weekly property inspections, buyer showing input and marketing knowledge in order to sell my estate home. Having to deal with all the legal and emotional headaches of selling my sisters estate, mercie and her team went well beyond normal real estate services. They did not just stick a for sale in the front yard and hope somebody called.
