Really the best. Menashe was so nice to work with through the whole process from start to finish. We never felt like he was just trying to sell a house. He was with us to help us find the house we would be happy with. This is made so apparent with the patience he had with us through the whole process. Always happy to explain things as they happen. He took us around and looked out for us when new properties came up. He also really stepped us to bat for us when we started with negotiations. After buying our house he has still made himself available to help putting us in contact with lawn care people roofers etc. Really A+. You will be happy!

Mr. Miltz handled two real estate transactions for my family and I; one on the buy side and one on the sell side. He did an excellent job on both. Real estate transactions can become combative and stressful at times, but in my view, one of the best things is that he never gets rattled. He's always calm and professional.
