Excellent communication

I was in constant contact with my realtor, he understood what I was looking for and within prince range. He asked very good questions in terms of our bottom line in space, aera and price. Im highly pleased with his negotiation skills when it came the closing cost and final closing cost. The level of communication in terms of explaining the language of buyer and saler responsibilities which can be overwhelming. His knowledge of the process and was very helpful which led to a swift closing and saving literally thousands though negotiations.
