I was a first-time investor with very little knowledge about how real estate investing work. I met with a few consulting firms before Melvin and they didn’t quite meet my expectations. You guys don’t know, the closing of this deal means so much to me as it is not just any other deal. It has always been a childhood dream of mine to always make my father proud by following the footprint he left behind. I can honestly say that I know my father is looking down on me and is proud of the decisions I made with this purchase. Not only has it changed my life but my family life as well. This is just the beginning of my journey in Real Estate. Melvin I thank you and your team so much for your professionalism and genuine interest in assuring I was satisfied and getting the job done. What can I say about Melvin Guillory at Liah Real Estate and his team (Sharon)? He is not only a great human being, but has an extreme abundance of patience and understanding. I have never purchased a home before and I admit that I was a bit overwhelmed by the whole process. Mel and Sharon were there every step of the way, giving me honest advise and direction.
