Amazing first experience

Never having been through the process of purchasing a home before, Melvin was an absolute relief! Melvin is not only extremely knowledgeable but he has been patient with my questions and able to dumb things down to my first-time home buyer brain. Melvin was consistently available in whatever I needed him for. If there was ever a hiccup in the process either from my end or the sellers, Melvin was on top of it while simultaneously being equally informative. I had worked with Melvin for a little more than a year and a half. During this time, we looked at more houses than I could count. With my picky taste Melvin remained professional and stayed with me assisting me in finding my current home. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor, working with Melvin made me feel like part of the family as opposed to just “The buyer”.
