I highly recommend Melvin Castro! He's knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated. As first time home buyers we were a little afraid of the process, however Melvin was very patient with us and walked us through every step of the way. He always answered our calls, texts, and emails (even at the wee hours of the night when anxiety hit from the process) he really made us feel comfortable and when it was negotiating time, he really stepped it up and got us a great deal. Melvin goes above and beyond the call of duty for his clients and I will definitely recommend him with full confidence. Melvin is not just a realator to us anymore, he's a family friend.
