I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Melody. We are first time home buyers and we purchased a house across the country. The logistics should be very challenging but Melody made the process much easier. When we couldn't find a home during our 1 week visit, Melody helped us continue our search by providing live video streaming tours of homes that was of interest (Technology at its best!). She is extremely patient, provided many tours and even pointed out concerns of homes that may have been potentially dangerous for our little children so we knew we were in good hands and it was about our best interest and not about pushing a sale.
