Melody and her husband, Mel, really know the area, which was a great help to us! We are leaving a metropolitan area to live a quieter life in the country, so we relied on her knowledge of things new to us.

Melody is pleasant and easy to work with. She is not pushy. As a filter, she was responsive to our stated purchase objectives and did not limit our viewings to her listings. Her showings were limited to a specified geographic area which was relatively broad and widely diversified and she exhibited an in depth knowledge of the general conditions regarding her showings. The industry's "buyer- buyer's agent-seller's agent- seller" communication pathway does not provide direct observation of negotiation techniques and skills but our finale result indicated a compromise between us and the seller; so the I am only able to say that her negotiation skills contributed to a successful closing, although at a higher price that taxed my resources. In putting up with me, she exhibited a high degree of professionalism. She made herself very accessible and responsive to my questions and issues. In good faith, I can highly recommend her.

Whenever we called Melody, we always knew she'd return our call ASAP. She made us feel like we were her only clients - never too busy to help. She took care of obtaining a water sample from our well and took it from Lenore to Moscow, saving us many miles on Hwy 12. Our home was listed very thoroughly and with attention to important details. The most impressive thing that Melody did was bring her hiking shoes and walk a good part of our 34 acre property so she had the knowledge to locate property boundaries.
