I’m so glad I chose Melody to sell my home. I do wish I had used her when I purchased my new build—I had already signed the agreement before we connected. After this experience, I definitely wish had her in my corner then, too. If you’re considering a new build, talk to Melody before you ever even meet with the builder. When it came time to sell, Melody took the time to really walk through the house with us and point out the things that were worth fixing or changing to make it more marketable and help avoid issues with the loan process. She also told us what wasn’t worth fixing, which saved us a lot of time, work, and money. She spent a whole day with us getting everything ready for the pictures and listing. She noticed all the little things we probably would have overlooked. The video she made of our house was incredible, and the marketing was honestly impressive. Then came the open house. There were so many cars that it looked like the parking lot at the fairgrounds! We ended up getting $30,000 over asking and were under contract in just two days. I couldn’t believe it. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. She worked hard for us, gave us honest advice, and knew where our time and money were best spent. After this experience, I would absolutely have Melody represent me on both the buying and selling side next time.
