Melody was great and helpful when we found our new home. When we listed our home in Medina, she was ready to sell. We knew an old house would take time to sell and we were in no hurry to sell it nor do any work. The house was move in ready with some colors. She had suggested some basic aesthetics to make it more appealing and was quick to wanting to drop the price because it didn't sell in a week. In the end, we found the right buyers and I couldn't be more happy for them. There was miscommunication in the end and we felt that we were forced to sign earlier than planned. Overall, I think she had our best interest in mind in the beginning and in the end, we felt rushed out and my voice was not heard. I wish her the best with her future clients.
