Melody was able to provide several comps, but it was difficult to find a home very similar to ours.

Our home was unique and we had many obstacles to overcome, and we weren't sure we were even going to be able to get the deal done. Melody, however was determined, and helped out above and beyond to help seal the deal. Being out of state and unable to be present, was very difficult, but with Melody helping every step of the way, we were able to close on the targeted date. So thankful for the support and help!
