Melody is absolutely fantastic! What I was really impressed with was her willingness and commitment to selling the house. I live far away, which makes it hard to do certain things. Once I paid to have someone come out and do the yard. Melody still thought that more needed to be done so she went out to the house and spent several hours trying to fix up the yard herself!!!! That is taking ownership!!! :) I would recommend Melody to ANYONE that needs to buy or sell a house!
