Melodie sat us down at a local Starbucks to go over the process and to learn what houses we were looking for (Bedrooms, baths, etc..). We were added to the portal, and we would send her the houses we were interested in. We would inform Melodie which houses we wanted to look at, and within 30 minutes we had a viewing appointment! Once we became under contract on our house, Melodie was great at negotiating with the sellers' realtor. We got everything we asked for in the due diligence phase plus a brand new roof!
