I highly recommend Melodie Smith, she is a very active and professional realtor. No matter what weather conditions, she was out there looking for the perfect house and neighborhood for my family. She did a lot more for me than I ever expected from a Realtor, she is really careful of every single detail. I really appreciated how she was on top of things and how she kept me informed every step of the way and make it a smooth and quick process for us. I really appreciate her hard work and time helping us to find a perfect home.

Melodie sat us down at a local Starbucks to go over the process and to learn what houses we were looking for (Bedrooms, baths, etc..). We were added to the portal, and we would send her the houses we were interested in. We would inform Melodie which houses we wanted to look at, and within 30 minutes we had a viewing appointment! Once we became under contract on our house, Melodie was great at negotiating with the sellers' realtor. We got everything we asked for in the due diligence phase plus a brand new roof! Melodie was with us every step of the way, and really helped us understand what was happening. She is a true professional and very enthusiastic. We would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!
