Melodie immediately knew there was an issue with the flooring on the house we were originally viewing. She helped us obtain a better price on a home that had more upgrades than the house we originally viewed. She kept me calm and provided valuable input at the closing. Thank you Melodie!

From renovation to putting the house on the market, Melodie will work tirelessly to get what she believes is the best deal for you. She has a wealth of knowledge of the whole process when it comes to negotiations from start to finish.

This was my first time buying a home and Melodie made it such a wonderful experience. She was there with me every step of the way. Answering all my questions, being super supportive, and always very professional.
