I decided to buy a house in mt.sterling and Melodie helped out tremendously, was very communicative, eager to seal the deal and get us closer to the price that we wanted. She was actually out of town when we were available so she went out of her way to ask a friend to help show the house and then asked to meet up one last time at the house as soon as she got back in town. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
