Mellisa was great from the beginning we had a nice long phone call on exactly what I was looking for. She knew the area very well and came up with great ideas on units to see. I scheduled the day to meet and tour the homes. She was on time and had a folder with all the units that we were going to see for that day with notes on things that I liked and didn't like. Once we decided to make an offer on a home she guided me through the whole process with all the information needed to seal the deal and close on the home. The the title company was amazing as well overall it was a great experience. I would recommend Mellisa to anyone who's looking for a home in Venice!
