I called Melissa who was referred to me by a friend. I found a house I wanted and needed an agent quick. She made time for me the next day and helped me. I was in a situation because I needed to sell my house quick so I could buy the house of my dreams. In a few days she got my house ready to put on the market and at my open house I received three offers! Sold my house in a day! She was always there when I needed anything having to do with both the sale and the purchase of my new home! I thought this would have been impossible but she did it! After our transaction was complete I ran into some issues with the construction of my new home and I told her about it when she e-mailed me to see how I was settling in my new home. She immediately got involved and helped me resolve the issue! She went way above and beyond to help me! She is THE best! Professional, knowledgeable, and so respected in her industry! Above all she truly cares about her clients and does anything and everything for them. She was such a pleasure to work with, without her I would not have my dream home! She worked miracles!
