She assisted with ideas for staging, even supplying some items necessary to upgrade for showings. She also assisted with placement of items and of course did an excellent job on the virtual staging to draw people to the open house. She works as a liaison between clients to share excess packing supplies between clients and even items that just are no longer needed by a client. Her attention to all the details and timing that is essential to the process is unbelievable, especially considering you are only one of her current clients. She acts as if you are the only one!!
