Best Agent In The Business! Melissa Zee is one of the most ethical, trustworthy, and experienced real estate agents in the business. She provides an honest assessment of your property and works hard to get you the maximum amount. She sold my house in the first week it went on the market after receiving multiple offers over asking. She sat down with me and we reviewed all the offers, including the prospective buyers' financing, and ability to close escrow in a timely manner. She provided guidance on counteroffers and putting me in the best position for a successful sale. As long as I'm in California, she will always be my agent! And, no matter where I am in the world, she will always be my good friend.
