Melissa was absolutely the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. I've bought and sold 5 properties and no one can top Melissa. She worked with us closely even before the house was listed providing helpful advice and suggestions for cleaning out and staging the house. She found contractors and others to get the house in tip-top shape for the sale. She prepared extensive market research on the housing market and came up with a well-thought out asking price. She gathered all the information about the house into an organized binder for potential buyers and peppered us with questions so that she knew as much as we did about the house. All so she could answer any question about the house during showings. The offer we received was beyond our expectations. After we accepted the offer, Melissa kept us informed and guided us through the P&S and final closing. She developed a working relationship with both the buyer and the buyer's realtor so she was able to make sure any issues were resolved quickly and smoothly. She kept everything on track with gentle reminders to everyone involved. I can't say enough good things about Melissa. In addition, she's kind, sincere, extremely honest and was a joy to work with!
