Melissa Wolffe is the BEST!

We met Melissa through a friend of ours after having a difficult experience with another relator. Right away Melissa explained how she could help us and shared options, and ideas of what was available for our move back to Tampa. She communicated with us every step of the way and gave us amazing advice when we asked for her opinion. We used her knowledge to make better decisions on neighborhoods as we were narrowing down our options. She encouraged us to look at places we automatically said no to as we thought it was too far away. However; she drove us by and we ended up loving the neighborhood and this is how we ended up finding our home. She was supportive, patient and kind in every step of the process. She would help us when we asked, but she also gently made sure we were not rushing into anything and continued to remind us that the perfect house would come up. We made three different offers on houses and she worked diligently to negotiate all of them. One fell through after inspection issues, and one ended when we decided to walk away as the owners were not willing to negotiate. The final house we found is in an amazing neighborhood and has all the things we were hoping for. She was great and always gave knowledgeable advice. Melissa is the best! You won’t be disappointed!!! She really does go above and beyond and even brought our dog treats! We HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for their next home.
