Buying or selling a house can be super stressful, unless you’ve got the right agent. Melissa is that agent. From our initial consult until closing we were kept in the loop every step of the way. During our first meeting, Melissa told us exactly what we needed to do to maximize our profit and had neighborhood comps with her already, so we knew exactly where we stood in regards to an appropriate asking price. We believed from the beginning that she was going to be detail oriented and wouldn’t overlook anything- and she never disappointed us once. Albeit most improvements were minor changes, we listened to Melissa and did absolutely everything she recommended. She also assisted in communicating with the title company and gathering any information/documentation they required. She helped critique our home while we made our improvements and ultimately we received multiple offers. Even after the home was under contract, she continued to assist us and answer our questions without delay. We moved 3 weeks before closing so she made sure that our remote closing went smoothly. Furthermore, Melissa actually kept an eye on our house after we moved. She was able to sell and/or give away some of the few items we weren’t going to be taking with us, she made sure our lawn didn’t get overgrown, and she even took out the remaining trash we had. I guarantee 99.999% of the realtors out there would never consider doing any of these tasks. Not only did Melissa make this a great experience for us, I believe her professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic made the transition smooth for our buyers too. We toyed around with selling our house for a long time and we always knew we were going to select Melissa as our realtor. After actually working with her, I can’t imagine why anybody would choose to work with anybody else.
