She made herself available to me just about 24 seven so if there was ever a time that I may have needed to have my mind put to ease she was there every time. Melissa is a gem, so thoughtful and calming and caring, she listened to what we needed and while it took us a bit of hunting we found a house and were in it quickly (without having to have felt like we “settled”). The home we landed on works out great for our needs. The entire team was patient and on top of every detail.
