Melissa showed great patience in dealing with the buyers agent. I believe the other agent was fairly new. Melissa educated the agent as much as she could throughout the entire process. Understanding in the process with me as a new seller. Lower selling price due to last minute low appraisal, Melissa submitted information for adjustments on the appraisal but not accepted.
