Melissa answered all my questions promptly, keeping me informed at all times. She was pleasant & helpful & offered solutions to any problems I had. Very professional at all times.

We were first-time home buyers, and Melissa was amazing at explaining how things work in terms of negotiating a price, working with our bank, and all of the closing details. We also were nervous about buying our first house, and Melissa was able to calm our fears by giving her honest opinions about certain things, and finding out details for us in regards to the pro's and con's about the location of our home and what fixes would need to be done to the home. My fiance and I also differed in what things were important for us to have in our first home, but Melissa was able to find us the perfect starter home! For example, her and my fiance went to a showing of our current home while I was at work, and she instantly knew that I needed to see the house as soon as possible because it was everything that we both wanted. She was so flexible with our schedules (I work 12 hour shifts, and my fiance was from the cities) so we were so grateful that she made time for us, and showed us all the houses we wanted to see. We could definitely tell that she enjoys doing her job, and we had so much fun working with her. Whenever we decide to move again, we will definitely use her as our real estate agent!

She was really able to keep us calm and collected with any anxieties we may have had about purchasing our first home.
