I met Melissa a couple years before she helped my mom sell her home. She built the relationship from that first meeting and when things changed and my mom decided she wasn’t ready to sell, Melissa was kind and understanding. She said she would be there if we needed her in the future and she was. She left a positive impression! Fast forward 2 years later, I remembered and thought of her immediately. I contacted her needing help because my mom’s health made it necessary to sell her place unexpectedly. Melissa was there for me and showed up with short notice to assist with preparing my mom’s home for sale, communicating consistently with updates and going above and beyond for my elderly mom. She removed the stress, anxiety and overwhelm and I will be forever thankful! She is knowledgeable, supportive, authentic, genuine, compassionate and really looked out for my mom’s best interest through the entire process. She was a true blessing.
