Melissa is the best out there. We have purchased 5 other homes and never had a realtor with the knowledge or professionalism that Melissa has. She has gone above and beyond in both the purchasing process and selling process for our family. I always recommend her to friends and family that are relocating in the northern middle Tennessee area because I know they will be taken care of. When purchasing a home she took it upon herself to find lenders, home inspection agent, and even scheduled maintenance for repairs. Due to the tremendous trust I have with Melissa I used her for selling our home.
