Best decision I could have made choosing Melissa to be my realtor!!

I wasn’t selling a house, I was selling my home; a home that I built and carefully selected every detail in it because I would be raising my children there. I’m happy that I was just as careful in selecting Melissa to sell my family’s home. She took an emotional experience and “held my hand” every step of the way. She told me the things I needed to hear to make sure my home showed well to get the best asking price, without suggesting unnecessary improvements,. Her knowledge of the market and of her profession sold my home the very weekend I listed!!!! She handled everything from the moment we spoke until the day of my closing with compassion (believe me there were more than a few tears) and expertise which got me a great price for my home.
