Melissa assisted me with the purchase an REO property in February of 2016. She is terrific at tracking things down and keeping tabs on where things are at every step of the process. She is conscientious, affable, and dependable. The REO property owner wasn't always the most responsive entity in the world, and Melissa was very diligent in keeping on top of them to keep things moving even when we were in the midst of a few stressful situations. She is calm, collected, thoughtful, and does her homework. In fact, she was able to find a surveyor to perform a survey at considerably less than what would be considered an average price. I would be glad to use Melissa's services again or to recommend her to others.
