Melissa was incredibly professional, insightful and helpful throughout the home buying process. She went above and beyond in taking the time to look at many houses. Once we decided on a house to purchase, she was very thorough in managing the process each step of the way, which was a relief given this was our first home purchase. Every time a repair needed to be made, she was there to make sure the job got done right and make sure we had the corresponding paperwork. Once we got close to closing, she was there to make sure all final paperwork was in order between the title company, the mortgage broker and the seller and really made the process seamless. My wife and I can not recommend her enough and know you will get the same excellent service as we did.
