Melissa was amazing! She helped us determine what we needed to do to get the house ready to sell, provided suggestions and even helped out at the house as we were getting it ready. She pulled up comps and recommended a listing price that was actually higher than we were originally thinking (and we are so glad she did). Melissa kept in touch with us throughout the whole process, answered all our questions and even calmed my husbands nerves when he thought we listed the house too high. Within a couple days we had an offer on the house and were on our way to finalizing everything. Melissa really did a great job and if it hadn't been for her experience and knowledge, we wouldn't have sold our house for more than we thought we could and in record time.
