Melissa was amazing from start to finish. From the first time we met, she made a few recommendations to get the house ready and within a few days we were off and running. Only a few days passed from photos to listing to open house and BAM! A Contract!!! She was so helpful with negotiations and closing was a breeze. I was experiencing health problems and needed to sell quickly to relocate for treatment. She was my angel. She has passion, compassion and tenacity all in one.
