OUTSTANDING!!!!

We can't begin to describe how incredible Melissa is... She is an outstanding realtor and an even better person. Throughout our entire process, she has been attentive, communicative, responsive, detail oriented, and smiled the entire time. She goes above anything you would expect from your realtor. She coordinated everything for us, and since we had to move out of town in the middle of the process, she went to the house on multiple occasions to met with inspectors, to get bids on improvements that needed to be made, to be there when repairs were executed, and she even met with my neighbors to pick up a package that was delivered incorrectly. She did extra work to make sure we listed at the best price, and she helped us negotiate an outcome that was great for us and the buyers. She really knows her stuff!!!! We could not have asked for a better person to help us with selling our home (she also was our realtor when we bought it, and we liked her so much we contacted her when we needed to sell).
