I cannot say enough to commend Melissa Smithberger Realty on a job not only well done , but quickly and easily done. I had no worries, she kept me informed of every offer, and I valued her opinion. She rapidly sold my moms property for me and took all the stress away from me. Very smooth transition with ZERO work from me, which was great. We gots a great price, and I could not be any more thrilled. If you want a great hard working realtor, that works for your needs and best interests, here your lady. She knows the business.
