What can I say!.. this is my fourth transaction with Melissa and just another great experience!..very responsive and resourceful!!..will be doing more business with her in the future!!

Melissa was a referral from Realty One in Las Vegas Nevada. Melissa is a great realtor and very knowledgeable about real estate in Allegheny County Pennsylvania. She sold my house in one day!!!! I definitely recommend Melissa.

I became aware of Melissa's service through the calendars she had at her brother-in-law's chiropractic office. She met me at the townhouse with market analysis and several sale price options. Upon listing, had several showings scheduled and two offers by the weekend. Melissa was very helpful, answered all my questions and was very transparent throughout the entire process. She sent me a 2022 calendar even though I moved out of PA. Highly recommend her!

I had called in regards to a different property being sold by real estate company because I realized not everything online was accurate in Spring 2021 Covid Crazy, that home had already sold. My info got passed to Melissa cause she dealt in area I was interested in and she actually got back in touch with me.. I had basically given up when I realized inpection results of another house were as bad as a previous experience, the only difference being the sales price was about double due to interest rates being low. If not for Melissa I certainly not be a new home owner right now because she encouraged me to not give up, when I had indeed made my mind up that I was just going to wait till Spring 2022. I didn't understand everything as it was happening and it was certainly frustrating but it worked out in the end and after reading other reviews that is probably because Melissa was doing a lot of work on my behalf. I love the area I wound up in, the neighbors are great, I have been offered flowers/plants to transplant from a few houses down, and have discovered I am within walking distance of a walking/suspension bridge, riverfront park, 3 antique stores, the library, a tattoo shop, coffee/sandwich shop, an art class place....etc! Thank you!

We highly recommend Melissa. We were selling a property outright and she coordinated everything between us and the buyer. She was very friendly, efficient and patient. She always responded quickly and kept us up to date. Melissa is a real go-getter!

Melissa was great to work with while purchasing our first home.
