Melissa is great! I have used her to buy AND sell. She has been great both times. Very attentive, knowledgeable and available. Got over asking on the selling and a great deal when I bought that I sold 3 years later for much more than what I paid when I bought. Would recommend to anyone I know.
Melissa is the absolute best! She helped make the selling of our old home and the buying of our new one, a smooth transition. She was committed to being with us every step of the way. She answered all our questions, comforted any concerns we had, listened to what we needed and did all of this with the most positive, pleasant personality. More than a few times, she went beyond what would normally be expected of a realtor. No matter how many homes we may sell and buy; Melissa will always be the only realtor we ever use.
