Melissa has been an absolute wonderful help getting my husband and I into our first home! She came recommended by Charlie Adonizio at Atlas Realty. We had dealt with a difficult seller, and she had my back through out the entire process. We found a house we loved, and we put an offer in on it, with Melissa's help. She drew up the agreement, and was very thorough with reviewing before having us agree to the terms. After our sale Melissa, was available to help us deal with some little odds and ends that had come up. Melissa has been stellar, and really helped us purchase our dream home. She has taken care of us even after we've parted ways. Thank you!

Nothing but the best from Melissa. Great market and negotiation expertise. We searched aggressively for a new home and she made herself very available throughout the entire process. Great agent. She went above and beyond to help us with all the small details. She was quick to respond to phone calls and gave us her honest opinion for every house we saw. I would highly recommend Melissa if you are looking for a dedicated agent who will be fair and honest.

Melissa is the WORST. Do not sign any contract with Melissa. She will tell you one thing but is not good at her word. Please double checks ALL dates and actually have an attorney review all of the documents. She is not good at her word and DISHONORABLE. She may lead you to believe you will save on fees, however Melissa will mislead you and you will end up paying more. I would recommend many other realtors over Melissa. Please use a realtor with more experience and who is not at a small office. Melissa also does not know the market she is trying to sell. Multiple times she has told me she cannot find comparable properties and NEVER provided comps but I have had other realtors bring me comparable properties without any problems. Melissa on day one told us our home should sell for the same amount as the new home we were purchasing. Her boss even acknowledged she made that statement. It was misleading to say the least!
